In-Person Linocut Workshop September 26 2026, 3-6 PM

Make Your Own Linocut!

Explore the centuries-old tradition of relief printmaking in this hands-on linocut workshop! Participants will learn the basics of linocut, design and carve their own rubber stamp, and use it to create a series of prints to take home.

No prior printmaking experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.

When, Where, & Who?

When: Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 3 PM - 6 PM.


Where: In-person at 1314 S Main St, Gainesville, FL.


Who: Intermediate level artists ages 16+ interested in art! Limited to 12 participants. Subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment isn’t met.


What to Expect

In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of printmaking and they will make their own rubber stamp and create prints they can take home!

About the Instructor

Amy Lindroth is the current Visual Arts Program Director and Teacher at Gainesville Academy of Music and Art in the heart of Gainesville, Florida.

Amy is also the co-host and co-founder of Gainesville's Drink n' Draw meetup.
