We ask that contributors donate what they can to facilitate printing and shipping of this anthology. Each contributor is entitled to one free contributor copy.

Unfortunately, international shipping fluctuates much more than standard US so we are unable to provide an accurate fixed shipping donation rate for international orders. Donation of any of the higher tiered variants (higher than US shipping of $6), however, could suffice as shipment value for international orders.

$6.00 pays for USA shipping in its entirety.

$30.00 pays for the book and USA shipping. (Or, free book and international shipping)
