Announcing our first ever live, online weekend workshops. For four weekends in July, SAW alumni will lead you through a weekend of new skills and new ideas.

GRAPHIC HISTORY WITH JB BRAGER

Starting Friday July 9 to Sunday July 11 cartoonist and educator, JB Brager, will teach Graphic History.

Are you a history buff interested in making comics about your favorite unknown hero of the past? Do you love making comics but could use some help building historical worlds?

In Graphic History, we will learn how to do historical research with the aim of creating comics about history, and work towards finishing a short comic about your topic of choice. Come learn how to find answers to burning questions like "how did butts look in pants in 1932?"
